Congratulations on your admission to the MS in Management Information Systems program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. You are now part of an outstanding cadre of students who will soon begin their coursework.

If you do not have a copy of the Graduate Catalog, I urge you to obtain one either at the MIS offices in PKI 285, the Office of Graduate Studies, EAB 202, or on-line at : www.unomaha.edu/graduate/catalog/index.html

I also recommend that you visit the MIS website at least once a semester for the latest department information, i.e. course descriptions, comprehensive examination material, etc. The site is www.isqa.unomaha.edu.

If you have not already done so, please contact me so we can arrange an advising session. For those of you out-of-town, this can be done via e-mail. Once advising is completed, please register at your assigned time. For those of you not yet in Omaha, you will need to register on-line prior to arrival in Omaha. Classes fill quickly so timely registration is necessary in order to assure space in class.
