Lotfollah Najjar - Associate Professor
Lotfi Najjar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Quantitative Analysis in the College of Information Science and Technology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering with supporting areas in MIS and Operations Management from university of Nebraska-Lincoln. His research interests are in the areas of Quality Information Systems (Data Quality) in the service and manufacturing industries, Information Quality and Service Quality in the banking industries, Ergonomics and service quality, Business Process Reengineering, Data Mining, and Total Quality Management (TQM) & IT in both service and manufacturing industries.
Dr. Najjar's teaching interests are in Quality Information Systems, Business Data Communications, Introduction to Management Information System, Quality Control, Production and Operations Management, Applications in Service Operations, Statistics, and Mathematics. He has been here since 1989.
