The database should be capable of tracking the users' help requests, the specific problems, researched solutions, and recurring problems. Elite Sales Processing, Inc. (ESP) provides products and creative alternatives to the Insurance Industry. ESP does not have a system that details employee information. ESP needs to be able to generate reports such as birthday reports and wage/salary reports. Elite Sales Processing has requested that Black Horse Inc (BHI) analyze the requirements for a computer-based employee tracking database system.
