  4. PROJECT MILESTONES

    • Include post-project materials and all project milestones in a volume separate from the user manual

    • A note on the milestones:

If you have made any changes to portions of your system after their respective milestone, be certain to update the milestone-documentation so that it reflects these changes.

For example, if the layout of the tables has changed AFTER milestone 5, amend its contents with the update. If you have added functions to the application, be certain to change the structure chart, CRUD-table, run-sheets, etc. While it may not always be necessary to change the Analysis documents, the Design milestones - which essentially are the blueprint of your system - should match your application perfectly.

  5. DIGITAL MATERIALS

Along with your binder, please submit a digital copy of your entire work - all milestone documents, the application files, and the user documentation - on CD. We keep the digital copy so that the binder can be returned to you.
